About
Us
In 1971, Gery Allen built his first home. He founded
ACM/Allen Builders five years later. By 1980, Gery realized he
couldn’t
keep his 9-year-old son, Seth, away from his job sites, so he put
him to work pushing a broom. By the age of 13, Seth was framing houses
along side his father. Twenty years and hundreds of houses later,
Seth and Gery are still building together.
We understand that your home is one of the most important investments that you will ever make. Therefore, the relationship you have with your builder is vital. Long ago, we discovered that most builders have an adversarial relationship with their clients; homeowners want the most for their money, while other builders want to give the least amount possible for the same dollar. Our team prides itself on the atypical relationship we have with our homeowners.
We meet with our homeowners and plan a budget for the entire project. Together, we look over each bid and decide which is best for your home. Every month, we meet and review your budget so you can see where every dime of your investment is going. After all,
it’s your money. Sound like a common sense approach to building? We think
so.
We invite you to visit our model homes North of Prescott on Williamson Valley
Road and encourage you to compare value, craftsmanship and style.
